Bob was born and raised in South Philadelphia. He started his career as Store Manager for Gimbels before bringing the client service skills he learned there to Real Estate. He is a thirty+ year season Eagle's ticket holder. Bob stays active in his community and participates annually in his local Lower Southampton 4 th of July Parade & the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Parade, walks and raises funds for the annual American Cancer Society Relay for Life and is an avid supporter of the Prudential Fox & Roach Charities.

Stacey Stier

Stacey is a native of Northeast Philadelphia. She started her Real Estate career while living in Florida as a project manager for a large residential and commercial construction firm, she mastered the art of multi-tasking and organization while excelling in customer service. Her keen attention to detail was essential in her role of Project Manager for the development of a mulit-million dollar hotel in Daytona Beach, Florida. Upon returning to the area, Stacey has focused her skills on residential Real Estate in Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. This busy mom, Eagles and Flyers fan, and motorcycle enthusiast has settled in Warminster with her husband Steve and twin boys Brandon and Kyle.
